Project info

The project expands AESSEAL’s global headquarters, supporting the company’s transition to automated robotic manufacturing while reinforcing its identity as a leader in precision engineering.

The development includes a new machine shop, offices and a glazed link building connecting existing facilities, creating a central entrance and collaborative social space. The architecture emphasises clarity, flexibility and high-quality working environments, with open manufacturing floors, modular services and layouts designed to accommodate evolving technology. Sustainability and wellbeing are embedded through photovoltaic energy generation, passive ventilation and daylighting, alongside landscaped outdoor spaces such as a tree walk that strengthen the connection between workplace and nature.
